PINEO & LOEB walk a broad range of styles and sounds throughout LIFEBLOOD, all united by a love of life and music. Featuring 12 guest vocalists and various other instrumental performers/producers, LIFEBLOOD is an ambitious debut full length album from electronic music and DJ duo PINEO & LOEB. Collaborators on the project include Juno Award Winning fiddle prodigy Ashley MacIsaac, world touring turntable champion Skratch Bastid, and Caribbean island sensation Kayo Gueverra. Ashley Macisaac is a notable figure in Canadian music history, topping charts with a platinum-selling album in 1995 and an infamous performance on the Conan O’Brien show in 1997. A high energy electro cover of Canadian rock legends The Tragically Hip appears on the record next to songs with award-winning rappers Quake Matthews and Ghettosocks, creating a very diverse sound palette.
