Octopus Recordings founder, mau5trap mainstay and techno titan Sian returns to deadmau5’s infamous imprint with his Ultraviolet 3.0 EP, out on mau5trap on October 11. Giving fans the third and final installation of his Ultraviolet EP series, Sian shares three new tracks which will undoubtedly echo across dark dancefloors and festival stages around the world.
“Lupine” is the EP’s first track, a steadily thumping techno work that invites otherworldly noises to infiltrate its soundwaves. Further displaying Sian’s innate penchant for top notch techno, “SkinTight” and “Oracle” are dark yet accessible tracks, fully equipped with pulsing basslines Sian’s signature menacing grooves. Sian’s suspenseful new EP further solidifies his position as one of techno’s most exciting and versatile producers.
