There are hundreds of electronic music artist in the East Coast of Canada. So many that we cannot count them all, but there are some of them lately that are pushing their sound and its getting to other places around the world, here are a few that we been able to check out and really think they have potential to get their sound across the globe in a massive scale. We will try to put more artist as we go along if you know any dj/producer or electronic act we should check out leave a comment.

Charife (Halifax NS)

Charife has that progressive futuristic tech sound that will make you dream of an electronic future made only in anime movies. He has been in the production game for years and his tracks are awesome. If you are into underground sounds check out his soundcloud.

Pineo (Halifax NS)

Pineo is and ECMA award winning producer his tracks have a very electro indie sound. Pineo has lots of great remixes on his soundcloud page that you should check out. He also has a project with fellow east coast dj Loeb (check their mixtape here.) If you like that electro sound with a modern 80s twist for you to dance to this is your guy.

Jonah Hache (Moncton NB)

A very accomplish musician, vj and beat-boxer. Jonah Hache has release a lots of material on different projects in the Maritimes go check out his latest album “Moderate Autopilot” its one of the most relaxing experiences that will make your ears happy.

Sp00nfed (Charlottetown PEI)

When we talk about house music this has to be one of the best producers in the east coast. He runs his own label Scuffed records and creates some of the best soulful, funky house ever.

Scientist of Sound. (Halifax NS)

This duo has a crazy live show and amazing electronic sounds. If you like a mix of Daft Punk and Jusitce, Vitalic and other live acts you should check their albums. They also tour constantly around so if you have the luck of seeing then live you will not regret it.

Dezza (Halifax NS)

Dezza is probably one of the most prominent dj/producer in the Maritimes. His tracks have been sign by spinnin’ records and djs like Tiesto and Armin Van Buuren have featured his music in their popular radio shows. When it comes to progressive house this is probably one of the best producer in Canada.
